Danielle and Taylor Fountain from The One Realty literally saved us and I can confidently say that the entire home-buying process was nothing short of amazing! We originally called them because we saw their name on a For Sale sign in front of a house we were interested in. Little did we know, our future realtor was on the other line. Danielle not only answered all my questions about the home, but she asked more questions about what I was looking for and why in order to understand how she could help us.At the time of finding our first home, Danielle and Taylor created a shared drive where they uploaded videos of home and neighborhood tours since we were buying from out of state. One of the homes was a short sale and they negotiated a winning offer (when there were multiple) that resulted in us going under contract for significantly under market value. Unfortunately, the banks delay and changes ultimately resulted in us having to find another home. I would be remiss if I did not mention, we had packed up a home we sold in Arizona and had driven our U-haul to Austin because we were supposed to be closing, and to top it off this was less than 2 weeks before Thanksgiving and 4 weeks before our daughters wedding back home.Without missing a beat, within hours they were showing us homes. We spent the next 72 hours touring 20+ home tours and were ultimately back under contract (multiple offers again) with a better home!! We went under contract on 14 Nov, were closed with keys in hand on 22 Nov (the last day before Thanksgiving) and were back home for our daughters wedding!Danielle and Taylor demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to finding the right investment home for me rather than just any home. She is the reason I won my house (because of her agent connections and negotiating skills).I was referred to Danielle through a top agent and friend in California, so she passed the peer test. On our first phone call, it was clear she was personable and also able to communicate directly - no fluff. During our first meeting in her office, we discussed the typical buying process and my home needs, and she also went over a market analysis that included areas of opportunity, appreciation rates, future developments, and much more data. When we saw homes I was considering, Danielle pointed out things that I wouldnt have noticed - like signs of issues that might come up in an inspection.In an ultra-competitive market like Austin at this time, speed is critical. Danielle was quick to connect with other agents and show me off-market homes and submit offers. I was a conventional loan buyer and won on my 2nd offer because Danielle saw a home within hours of it hitting the market and negotiated the sale that same day - before the home even saw the weekend market. I was selling a home near Mueller and had received an offer from an outside company to purchase my home. While I could have accepted the offer, something did not feel right so I reached out to Danielle and Taylor Fountain and Im so happy I did. Not only would I have made less, but I would not have had representation. Danielle and Taylor were completely honest and upfront not only with me but with listing my property. Before listing my home we not only had home inspections, foundation inspections, but every needed disclosure. This meant a buyer could trust me when I sold them my house. I literally turned the key over to Danielle and Taylor who oversaw all the inspections, professional photography to include drone photographs to capture my homes location and neighborhood and to handle all the showings. For any issues that arose they were proactive in bringing me not only the issue but having a solution. I will be recommending them both to anyone I know! You wont be disappointed.

Having experience with other realtors, she was the first one to actually draw up all the data around comps, rental rates, days on market, etc. and guided us to what we should offer and ask for.
