    Adrienne is a viper, and you definitely want that in a realtor. My husband and I went through 3 other realtors who only saw my family as a number, and their work showed it. When Adrienne came into our world, she was a breath of fresh air and exactly what we needed. She was straightforward and concise with answers to questions.     Allie Crain is by far the most dedicated realtor I have ever worked with. She was so friendly and we immediately had a connection. I felt like she could see the vision of what I was looking for because every house she showed me was so close to “the one”. Every detail I gave her, she found it! As we would walk through the next house, she would make sure I saw the details I wanted.Allie is persistent and very much concerned for her clients. She even went out of her way to virtually walk me through a house via video. The final house she showed me was through video. The house had no power, she had to use a flash light for me to see everything. Allie will go above and beyond for you. She did for me, more than once.

    Adrienne was and has been a life saver. Our family was hit with an unexpected loss of a family member that owned 3 homes on Galveston Island. Unfortunately, our sister had ZERO end of life plans made. Like so many bright and ambitious young people, you always think you have plenty of time, till the day you DONT. This left us in a PROBATE NIGHTMARE.We managed to keep paying all the bills & mortgages by leveraging credit cards and PRAYED that we would get the funds tied up in PROBATE before we ran out of credit cards.We barely made it. All three homes were essentially DAYS from going to auction.NOW we needed to get them SOLD ASAP, because an insurance policy cured the default but still there was ZERO way to pay THREE extra mortgages.We hired a Realtor and saw NOTHING happen for near six months. Once again time was RUNNING OUT.Then a friend directed us to Adrienne. Within one phone call we realized we had to CHANGE PLANS. We had to get out of the contract with the current Realtor and we had to hire Adrienne FAST.She UNDERSTOOD our dilemma and distress. She put a PLAN IN PLACE to get us OUT of our nightmare.After a year of PROBATE HELL, we can finally SEE AN END.Adrienne SAVED US; There is just no way else to put it.
