I had the pleasure over the past 8 months of working with Justina, who represented my family and me in connection with the purchase and construction of my new home in Cane Island (Katy). Justina’s services as purchaser’s representative were outstanding. She assisted proactively with negotiations; displayed extensive knowledge of the construction process; regularly monitored and reported to us on the progress of our home’s construction; and served proactively as our advocate when issues arose. Overall, Justina displayed the highest level of professionalism, communicated regularly and was promptly responsive to our questions and requests. She made the entire process of purchasing and building a new home much easier than it would have been without her assistance. I can recommend her without reservation.
