I worked with Jessica Murdock and clients that she represented, so my review of her performance is coming from the custom home builder perspective. Jessica started with a call to gain an understanding of our custom home design and building process, which varies greatly from builder to builder. She then gave me a thorough explanation of the clients profile and their specific needs. After vetting several builder options, she set up a Zoom call introduction as her clients lived out of state. After a great introduction and some additional follow-up dialogue, her clients chose Grand Endeavor Homes for their new home. Jessica sourced and furnished documents, met me at the site in the clients absence, attended meetings on her clients behalf, and always made sure their needs and best interests were front and center. At no time was her attention on how and when shed be paid - in fact, I had to bring that topic up. She was entirely focused on taking care of her clients. Jessica was a huge asset for both sides and her efforts and attention to detail kept the project moving forward efficiently with clear understanding for everyone involved. She was phenomenal in every way!!

She walked us through homes virtually, she showed us what the street looked like and gave honest, helpful commentary throughout to help us feel like we were there with her. Jessica was awesome to work with. We had very tight deadlines to work with and she helped us meet every single one. It was only our second time buying and first time selling a house and Jessica couldnt have made the process any easier for us. Krista Thompson of the Murdock Team is a knowledgeable professional that knows how to work with demanding clients to help them sell their properties for top dollar. We sold two of our rental properties through Krista and she always patiently answered our detailed questions with expert level advice. She guided us through what needed to be done to make the home market ready through considering very different offers to actually being there with us when we closed. Krista also understands our long term real estate investment goals and continues to keep us up to date on market trends with zero pressure. We have been real estate investors across multiple states for many years and can easily state that Krista is one of the best agents you could ever have in your corner. Krista is highly recommended!

We just purchased our third home and Jessica is by far the best agent we have ever worked with. She is extremely responsive to emails, phone calls and texts. She is super punctual and reliable for in person meetings and getting tasks done. Her communication is impeccable. She always keeps you up to date on what is happening. She’s great at answering questions and is extremely knowledgeable about the process and the greater Austin area. She has a good feel for what’s going on in the market and manages her clients’ expectations accordingly. She’s extremely nice and professional. As her client, I knew she was always in our corner and could be relied upon. We had seen a house listed by Jessica come on the market after our home, and sold promptly while we still sat on the market. We switched to Jessica to list our house. Jessica came in and gave us some good advice on upgrading areas of our home for the current market. Magnolia/Jessica obviously knows the market in the Liberty Hill area, which helped us to sell our house in a tough market caused by Joe Bidens interest rate hikes. Ultimately Magnolia enabled us to move forward on building our new home a few hours away. We appreciate Jessica and her team for helping us make this happen.
