Our family decided to make the move to the great state of Texas! We came out to visit and were referred to Eric from family. We weren’t sure as to what we wanted as far as new build or fixer upper but Eric was on it right away to set up showing covering all categories. We needed someone who knew the town and experienced in finding a home that met our needs. We only had a few day in town to find the perfect home! Eric was recommended to me by one my best friends, so in reality, I feel safe speaking for the both of us when I say Eric was as helpful, thorough, engaged, available, patient in walking us through the process of finding our home. I was a first-time buyer with less than a month to find a home (expiring lease), and Eric was always willing to explain not only the home buying process but things I had no idea about: escrow, closing costs, etc. And(!!) he was so efficient with his help that we closed in time and I got my house keys literally on my birthday. Had I gone with someone else, I am almost sure I wouldnt have had such a pleasant experience.

My husband is in the Marine Corps and when we found out we would be moving to New Braunfels, I was worried about being able to find a home, especially while currently being overseas. Eric is absolutely incredible. With the immense time difference, he still stayed on top of keeping us informed of all things no matter what time of day or night. He made video walkthroughs of the homes we chose, gave details we didnt know we needed and had the best recommendations for moving forward like who to use for mortgaging and such. I feel like we had a friend not just a realtor, there arent enough words to praise his services.
