Tarek goes above and beyond to make sure that we have everything we need to sell or buy, he takes time to educate on the market and the process, and he is always responsive and available. His team is super effective in helping with whatever is needed, including coordinating with contractors to get work done. Most recently, we sold a house on a deadline during the period of high interest rates (Summer 2023) and Tarek worked his magic to make it happen for us. We can’t recommend him and his team enough.

It’s our second property with The Morshed Group, and they continue to be the most organized, value driven partners (certainly way more than an agent) out there. Tarek & Brad know the Austin market very well, and in the buying process they get to know the client so well that every property they recommend we go see was worth it. In fact they made us walk away from many properties that we really liked - we didn’t see cons or problems with properties upfront, and the team ensured we saw the problems.They always understand client’s needs and provide a very realistic assessment of budget and client’s must haves in the house, and in the process save so much time and optimize the buying experience - something very busy people like us greatly appreciate. In the buying process we had gotten used to the teams judgement to the extent that we relied on the team to go check the property and give us a go on in person visit - a partnership that is nearly impossible to find in Austin. In putting offers, they provide great insights into what is a good offer and ensure a great balance of value and price.Finally when we got under contract, the team was on top of every single detail that a homeowner needs to worry about. Unlike other agents, they will never push their preferred lenders or other partners on to the client, and instead help the client choose the lender and vendors, and work with whoever the client chooses to work with. The office manager takes care of every little detail (think getting garage codes from seller and instructions on changing those, or identifying the mailbox in the cluster) that would otherwise be a headache post closure. They are PRESENT at every step!All in all, I am glad I was introduced to Morshed group by a friend. If you need to transact in real estate, you can’t find a better team than The Morshed Group!
