We could not have asked for a better home selling experience thanks to Chris Moore and his team. Beginning in January 2021, Chris worked with us to help update our home before putting it on the market in April. His recommendations on everything from contractors to styling saved us a lot on our budget and made a huge impact on our eventual sale. His timing and marketing made our listing process extremely quick (we had enough offers within 3 days to stop showing our home, all above asking price). Chris is kind, responsive, and efficient. He had an answer to every question and a solution to every problem that came up. Overall we highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone looking to sell their home in the Houston area!

I wish there were 6 stars because Cyndi was an absolute Rockstar when it came to the whole process. I absolutely drove her nuts with the numerous calls and questions and she was so responsive and set my mind at ease. She treated us like we were her only clients, came and picked us up at our hotel, took us to all the properties. She gave us as much detail about a property she could, she did her research on every home we went to see and gave her honest and expert opinion when asked about a home, the neighborhood and pricing in a location. We met some other relators at open houses and I cannot express enough the knowledge gap and professionalism there was as we interacted with the other Realtors...honestly it was scary and Im being polite. Another thing to note, Cyndi took my wife out over two full days and looked at over 20 homes. On Saturday, Cyndi took time of her weekend show me those that made the cut as possible options, I was starting a new job and was working during the week. Please note this was during Memorial weekend. Shes more than dedicated, shes professional and knowledgeable. Her and her husband Chris made the buying experience nothing short of easy, stress free, fought the buyers battles and acted in good faith on our behalf to get us the best deal possible and lastly and most importantly they made it fun and exciting. I also got a great lender and home insurer based on her vast knowledge and connections in the Houston area. I didnt have to navigate trying to find a lender or a competitive insurer all on my own and I got a great rate with an excellent company who handled it all for me.If you want a great experience you can expect that from The Moore Real Estate Group.

Chris and his team at the Moore Real Estate group were wonderful to work with over the course of our house buying journey. We spent 9 months looking for a house knowing we wanted to be in a specific area while being faced with the challenge of buying in a sellers market. Chris visited close to 30 homes with us (always working with our schedule) and helped us navigate 4 separate multiple offer situations, successfully going under contract on the fourth offer. Chris has a lot of technical knowledge about homes (roof, AC, plumbing, etc.), was able to advise us on different levers to pull to make our offers competitive in a difficult market, and is very professional and easy to work with. Chris also has been very helpful after closing on our home. He has a lot of connections with contractors that have helped us with renovations and has been a very valuable for everything you need to think about when moving into a new home. REAL ESTATE INVESTORS, LISTEN UP: If you’re looking to get invested in the robust houston real estate market, there is no better man to help you than Chris Moore and his team. I bought my first investment property in Houston with Chris. The first thing you need to know about Chris is that he is an ADVISOR above all things. He himself is invested in many properties in Houston and he used his in depth knowledge of the market, down to specifics on neighborhood rental values and demographics to help you make an informed decision. He’s not out there just to make a commission - he actually talked me out of a few properties in a beginning, and we concluded that it’d be best to revisit in a year or so. That’s how you know the guy has your best interest at heart. Now the property that I bought is thriving and renting for exactly what Chris thought it would. On top of that, Chris has an extensive network of contractor partners that assist him and his clients with all things home improvement/repair related. The second my tenants experienced a leak at the house, I called Chris and he passed along the info for a Plummer who resolved the info quickly and at a fair price. Because of his help I’m able to manage the property in San Diego despite the distance. If you want to invest in real estate in houston and you aren’t already an expert or professional, Chris is the best guy to help you!

I cannot say enough good things about Chris. He guided us through the intimidating process with ease. He was with us every step of the way--seeing numerous properties, being at inspections, seeing the home multiple times during the option period, etc.He made himself available for any questions, concerns, comments, etc. The customer service we received is beyond anything we expected.Even after we closed on the house, he checked in on us, made sure everything is working great, and helped us find contractors for other work we wanted done.He treated us like family.
