I had the pleasure of working with The Milstead Team when I was looking for a home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first meeting, they were professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Morgan spoke to me for over thirty minutes on the phone to ensure she answered all of my questions. Holly was also amazing! I have used the Milstead team for all of my real estate needs for years. Whether buying or selling Holly has always come through! The last move was from Colorado back to Texas. I was moving about 50 miles from McKinney and she made multiple trips to show me houses all over the North TX area. And when it came to close the deal I was on the beaches of Oregon and she was able to do everything on line and keep me informed! During the whole experience the team put me at ease, which isn’t easy. Morgan is a great addition to her team, I know her to be very detail oriented and organized, and would not hesitate to use her!

Then, they helped coordinate all the finer details of getting our house sold when we had to move out of state prior to our house even going on the market. Over the course of nearly a year, Holly helped to guide us through the process to find another home. She listened to our desires, hopes, and plans for the new house and offered her opinion, when asked, about how a particular property would actually fit our needs. In August we listed our home and Holly delivered on what we needed from the sale of previous home. I would highly recommend Holly and her team to anyone looking for housing in Collin County. Holly Milstead was our realtor during the sale of our home. First thing she told us about Curbio. They are a company that specializes in rehabbing homes. We had to move completely out of the house to let them do their thing. Holly was there to handle anything and everything that came up. Anytime I asked about a concern, she had already taken care of it. Holly has so many resources that she has acquired during her and her familys being the Milstead Team that everything ran smoothly. She makes excellent design and color choices but if you have something that is a deal breaker for you, no problem. I can honestly say that Holly made this process as pain free as is possible. Curbio did a wonderful job. Holly was there on site frequently checking the progress and ensuring that it met her/our standards. She was able to talk me or my husband off the ledge a few times. Her assistant often contacted us to make sure we stayed in the loop. Debbie Castleberry was always professional and so helpful if we needed anything that she coukd provide. Holly is an awesome realtor, project manager and most of all, a great friend. And one more thing, she helped us get the most bang for our buck, even more than we ever expected. Thank you Holly
