    We just closed on the sale of our home in Allen with the help of Michelle and her team. With Michelle’s knowledge and expertise our house sold and closed in a month. Before the house went on the market she made suggestions on what we should repair or touch up. Her stager made suggestions on how to show off the house with the things we already have. Her photographer took such beautiful photos that it looked like it came out of a magazine. With these things added together along with Michelle’s strategy to price the house just right we got a huge amount of showings over a weekend and we got 12 offers. The one we went with was $90,000 over asking!Michelle’s team offered exceptional level of service. We were comfortable enough to take off for the weekend while the house was being shown. We handed our home over to Michelle and her team and they made sure to turn off the lights and turn on the alarm at the end of each day. We can always get in touch with her to ask questions and she responds promptly with professionalism no matter how silly we think the questions may be. With more than 30 years of experience and unparalleled knowledge of market trends and strategies, she was again our agent of choice when we decided to sell our home in September 2021. She advises sellers how to prepare the property, provides professional staging resources if needed, and engages the very best real estate photographers. Michelle discussed her sales approach and plan with us in detail and was prepared with the most recent sales information as we collaborated on a listing price designed to attract multiple offers. Michelle remained responsive to email or text questions throughout the process.Michelle listed our property on Friday morning and in the first weekend, the property had an unbelievable 40 showings and her team held a highly promoted and well-attended Sunday afternoon open house.     Michelle and her team never gave up on us when times were tough. We didnt have an easy house to sell as it backed up to a busy street and was a high price point. Michelle was very positive and kept us going and we eventually found great buyers and were very happy with the price. Ill never forget her husband James protecting our house from pipes freezing during closing week all the while Michelle and James home has busted pipes. I have never seen a level of customer service like this in my life, my wife and I were amazed and very happy since we had already moved and couldnt get there due to weather and the house sold that week!     Michelle and the entire team are first class. On the sell side, she had a plan from the first day. The house was staged and photographed. Per her plan, we put it on the market and had an open house two days later. On day three, mainly due to the buzz Michelle had created around the house, we had six offers in hand. Quickly after that, we had a contract. Flawless!On the buy side, Michelles agent, Alona, was wonderful. She was responsive and knew just how to handle us. When we would get down to the actual offer, Michelle would stay involved. She gave us a price or two to offer if we could walk away and a price if we had to have it. In the offer we made on the house we actually purchased, Michelles really want it price was over 6 figures less than what we were willing to pay. We took her advice, got the house, and saved a lot of money.From Michelle to James to Alona to Kimberly to Rachel, we were dealt with professionally.
