Susan Melnick was very helpful getting our mothers house ready to sale and with selling the house. My mothers house is in Dallas. My sister lives in Austin and I live 50 minutes away. There were times that I could not meet a company such as the clearers or junk removers. Susan or her assistant Brandon would wait for them and make sure that the work was done as requested.Susan was very professional throughout the entire process. She communicated with us on a regular basis. I highly recommend Susan to anybody that is going to sell their house.
