We worked with Micah Jo and she was phenomenal. Shes been in the business of all things home-related for a long time and it shows. As first-time home buyers her depth of knowledge in real estate, contracting, etc. made all the difference for us. Most of the homes we chose to look at needed a bit of work, and on top of our own experience, Micah was often able to offer more advice or suggestions that we didnt think of or knew were an option. We definitely dragged her all over the region from Gainesville to Denison and saw some very interesting houses along the way, and Micah made it a great experience all around. When we found the house we really loved, we ended up with a shortened time-line but with Micahs help, it ended up no problem for us! It was a super busy few weeks but the whole time Micah was on top of it and super responsive. Were so glad we were able to work with Micah.
