Sharmy is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She always thinks and works in my(buyer) interest and never tries to sell or hide anything and that is the biggest difference between Sharmy and my previous realtors. She used to explain all the good and bad things(repairs) about the property very patiently and professionally.She used to do a thorough inspection and tell you upfront if she find any issues with the property. She will not rush and helped us with all the information to take the right decision.We started working remotely from Memphis, TN on Facetime (video call), she builds our trust quickly and we started making offers. We closed the deal last month and I brought my first house but she is still working with me to make sure we moved comfortably to our new house.I trust Sharmy and already recommended a few of my friends.
