    I started my home buying journey in CA and then pivoted to TX, my realtor in CA referred me to Shannon Mangin and once Shannon and I started chatting, I never looked back! I am so thankful for Shannon, and blown away by the level of service she provided to me. We did 11 showings in one day, I flew in and she did them all. Shannon, is so knowledgeable about the market, knew all the things to look out for, gave me all the details, and even continues to this day (post sale) - provide me with recommendations of handymen, plumbers, etc. Since I am not from the area. 10/10 recommend The Mangin Team.     We just sold our house in Cedar Park, TX with the Mangin team. We loved working with Shannon. We were impressed with her marketing, which included staging the home, posting professional pictures, as well as virtual walkthrough and video tour, just to name a few. She is also very friendly and professional. My husband and I had a medical issue come up so we asked Shannon if she could take our house off the market for a time and re-list later. She graciously did so, and didnt pressure us at all to put it back on the market. She set us up with a showing app, which allowed us to accept or decline house showings at our fingertips. As a gift at closing, she paid to have our house professionally cleaned which is such a load off after all this packing and moving! She also put together a little gift bag for our family which was thoughtful. She always picks up the phone when we call/text and gets back to us asap, which is greatly appreciated. She also helped out with some repairs to the home to keep the contract moving forward. All in all, we trust Shannon and whole heartedly endorse her as a Realtor.

I have never met agents that would spend ALL DAY with their out of state clients taking them around looking and searching for that perfect home.
