Colleen was fabulous!!! We loved her!! Very professional and was there every step of the way. Even though we encountered a few issues along the way she was there and handled everything!She was very prompt in returning calls and emails.Feel like there was more than just a client-realtor relationship-she genuinely cared!!!I would not hesitate to recommend her and The Listing Squirrel to anyone looking to sell their house.

We worked with Colleen Cline in August to identify the right property that met our needs. We selected Colleen as our agent as she was highly recommended by our daughter and son-in-law who purchased their dream home earlier this year. She was wonderful to work with, great positive attitude, and most importantly we felt we had a trustworthy agent from the moment we met her! She had great knowledge of the surrounding areas and knew exactly what we were looking for. She was very professional and extremely responsive to our many calls, text messages and emails (day or night!!). Anyone looking to purchase a home would be very lucky to work with Colleen. Saving about half on the selling agents fees was awesome, but working with our agent, Colleen, was the best part. She was so positive and confident it made me feel sure that all would be well. And it was! When we got multiple offers, Colleen negotiated on our behalf for the very best deal. Strange COVID fact: I have never met Colleen; she was able to take care of everything remotely and safely. If youre looking for a real estate agent, look no farther!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Colleen earlier this year as we were planning on relocating to Texas from California. As you can imagine a move this large with young children is quite stressful. We interviewed many agents and none seem to fit the bill but when I spoke with Colleen she genuinely listened to all my non-negotiables and wants for our dream home. The one huge caveat with this move was that I was not going to be able to be there in person to see all the homes. Colleen reassured me that we would find the perfect home and she would be there every step of the way... and that she did! She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that this was a seamless transition for our family. Our move and relocation could not have gone any smoother. Yes, you could list your own house and save a few bucks but a home listing requires a mountain of detail, paperwork and expertise to do it right. We used the listing squirrel and spent a reasonable amount of money for unequalled service. Just pick your price and package combo. I will use them again and would recommend them to everyone looking to buy or sell a house. They helped us prep, list, show and sell our house. (A lot more work then I thought!)
