Every member of the Lippincott team is always responsive to your concerns and will work with you to find the best possible outcome for selling or purchasing your next home. You could take my review as a one and done. However, we have used the Lippincott Team 8 times to buy and sell and I could give the same review each time! RJ Satchel was our seller’s agent and always kept us in the loop of what was going on. He also fought hard to get us the best deal possible in one of the weirdest markets we have ever sold in. He also was present every step of the way until we finally closed. Jennifer Stringer was our buyer’s agent and she worked hard to be sure we were being taken care of throughout the purchasing process. If I had a question, I was confident she would always give me a quick response. The team behind the scenes is stelar! Each experience has been wonderful and sets the bar for our realtor expectations in other cities/states. We have wanted to clone the team when we’ve bought and sold elsewhere. Here’s what we love about the Lippincott team:(1) Very organized and proactive. You’d think that would be a basic trait of all realtors, but it most definitely is not. Amy and her team foresee potential problems and nip them in the bud before something becomes a problem.(2) Clear communication. You can be sure everything is communicated in a timely manner, and so clearly that most of your questions were answered before you ask them. When you do have questions, they are answered with impeccable knowledge. During the walkthough of our new home, she caught a significant problem that we would have never noticed and we were able to get the builder to correct it prior to closing. Their expertise was vital as we had never been through this process before and didnt know what questions to ask, what to look for, etc. Also, their support and service didnt end after we closed. They have continued to lend support on resolving some problems with our new home and gave us advice on how to protest our appraisal rate.
