    Braeden was absolutely amazing during our home buying process! We moved to the area from out of state and Braeden made sure there was always an open line of communication. He went above and beyond and even made sure that if we couldnt make a meeting or appointment, he was there and made sure everything was taken care of.     We have been very pleased beyond words with Lance Lester and his team at the Lester Group. From day one, everyone was so professional and customer service- top notch. What we really liked about Lance was how much he and his team really value their customers. I remember Lance once said, they are in the relationship business that so happens to sell real estate.     When I was looking to buy a house I reached out to Earl Bartholomew at the Lester Group Real Estate office. Earl was very quick in getting me started on the process. He was able to recommend financing with people he worked with regularly and trusted. When we found a house we were interested in he would get us in to see it quickly and would give us his straight up thoughts on condition, things that might need to be fixed and how much he would offer on the place.     Teri was amazing! From our first conversation, she was able to quickly understand what we’re looking to find. Teri found a place within a week. She also helped us identify the best bank to use for the specific type of loan we were looking to use. She was able to help us close within a month of putting in our offer.     I picked the Lester Group to sell my condo based on a trusted recommendation . The buyer had requested some small repairs but it was going to take 4 different repair companies to complete the work. I never had to make one single call. Chelsea showed us around the city and showed us the houses we picked and also the ones she picked for us based on our requirements. She patiently listened to all our wants and needs and directed us in the right direction. We found a nice home to rent in a wonderful neighborhood. The day we finally moved, she gave us the keys at the last minute notice without any hesitation. We are so glad to be working with her again for buying our new home.     First time home buyer that went from understanding I could afford to purchase a house on August 5th to moving into a house by September 28th. E.W. Bartholomew was my realtor and was willing to show me places while I was still looking at rentals. Once we started hunting for houses things moved quick and E.W. was thorough and able to answer any of my questions I had along the way. He helped build my team of inspectors and coordinated them all to be there within 2 days at the same time so they could all report to me while on the premises. We had minor setbacks but he advised me well during all of the negotiations. Found an awesome house, had all of my needs met, and now I’m living in it.     There wasn’t even another real estate agency that we even considered when it came to selling our home. We had worked with one of TLG’s realtors (Jason Handy) when we purchased this home, so we already knew we would be in good hands. Everything from the staging of our home, the professional photos taken of it, the virtual walk through video, and setting a price point that would make our home attractive to buyers was top notch. There were homes in our neighborhood similar to ours that were sitting on MLS for 30+ days! But we had multiple offers within a week and a half of listing. The entire team is amazing, and so helpful (and friendly). If we find ourselves back in BCS, we will definitely be using the Lester group again!
