Lakisha has been absolutely amazing throughout my home buying journey. She provides you with so much information on the entire process which makes it easier to understand everything especially if you are a first time home buyer.I initially reached out to her needing assistance finding a rent house. After speaking with her she gave me some great advice about how much I should save to rent a home and How much I would be throwing away renting a home! etc. I took her advice and did not get a rental but saved up my money and now I can afford my own house!!Here I am purchasing my first home and we are set to close next week on a new construction home! Lakisha was clutch in my home buying process. She is encouraging, uplifting, knowledgeable and patient. I couldn’t have done it without her. I told her what I wanted and she immediately made appointments for me to go out and view homes. I did not have any worries during the construction process. She was quick to reply to any messages from me and to involve any vendors. I initially selected a lender on my own and when things went bad, she was able to step in to ensure I was not being taken advantage of and ultimately led me to a lender that worked much better for me. Without her, I would’ve given up immediately. Her calm voice and spirit helped me ultimately become a first time home owner. And it means the world to me still. I made sure not to MISS THE BUS and I’m glad I didn’t!

I didnt trust anyone else with my deal.
