Darlene Krupala is the epitome of professionalism, a strong work ethic and a great realtor who actually looks out after her clients best interest. Because of these qualities and because she understood our familys particular situation she literally got to work immediately and our house literally sold in 4 days and we were able to close the following week. Darlene is awesome! Jane is awesome! They went above and beyond for my family and I! We had the worst luck when it came to finding a house! Our first deal the seller pulled out. Second deal wanted way to much and needed a new roof it left us feeling discouraged! We placed bid after bid and finally one was accepted but because of certain financing regulations it fell through. Darlene and Jane never gave up. Darlene worked with us from November to March and finally after so much discouragement from things falling through we have our home! Listen to Darlenes advice! Use an in town lender! Get the inspection! Check for termites! Trust her to help you on your realty needs!! They prayed for us the gave us motivation they never let us down! We are beyond blessed to have had them on our long journey! Darlene fought for us and made the dream of finding a home possible! If we could give her a million stars we would!! She spent 18 months sending me listings she thought might be of interest to me.
