Eileen made our first-time home buying experience a breeze. She was able to take our wishlist, and turn it into the home we live in right now. In fact, it was only because of her that we found our home. We were content to look at 1-2 houses on that Thursday evening in June, but Eileen said, since were out, lets go take a look at this one. And because she did, we found the home we wanted. We made an offer that night (1 of 4 total offers the seller received that night), and the rest is history. If we hadnt listened to her and not seen this house, its likely that it would have been sold that night to someone else.I was always terrified of the process of home purchasing - the paperwork, the massive amounts of money involved, the looking, the inspecting, etc - and for someone with a diagnosed anxiety disorder, I just assumed it would be a nightmare. Eileen was so helpful, and so kind, that I can without a doubt say that I didnt have any panic attacks because of buying our home. It was so smooth in fact, that I find myself thinking that everyone who told us it was complicated and difficult were either lying to us or (more likely) had a less competent realtor.In the event we need to buy another home, Eileen will be my first call. In the event we have family of friends looking for a home, we will sing the praises of Eileen and encourage them to use her services.
