Jeanne Ann Klein-Richter and Charlie Richter are a dynamic duo. They are both easy to reach (even while on their cruise vacation!) for questions and advice. Their advice about pricing our home for sale was spot on. We received 10 offers and Jeanne Ann and Charlie presented us with a spreadsheet to discuss all the pros and cons. They handed our negotiations with buyers with ease and discretion. Moreover, they hired an outstanding photographer as well as a stager, who gave us great advice. We are so glad we listed our home with Jeanne Ann!

We looked at many houses all over town and their guidance and expertise helped us determine the best area and type of house for us. They helped us throughout the whole difficult down-sizing process, from finding financing to picking up moving boxes. Jeanne Ann even helped us pack! Jeanne Anns input & suggestions were so helpful to me while l rehabbed a home in Lakeway l inherited from my mothers estate. Wonderful family memories there but, the entire decor was like walking back in time. Ultimately, l got as many of the things needed done within my budget & she was totally committed to getting it sold. With her positive attitude, perserverance & marketing skills she got it done!
