Kimberly Harding and the Harding Group are awesome to work with. Kimberly and her team have helped us buy and sell two of our primary homes and helped my mom buy a home. The first home my mom had ever bought on her own. I recommend them to all of my family and friends. They help you set a good price and work hard to achieve that price in a very timely manner. They are extremely professional and look out for their clients. I cant imagine buying or selling a house without them.

Kimberly is an amazing real estate agent. She listed our home at the same time as three homes in our small neighborhood and ours was off the market in 2 days while the others sat for over 60 days. We got over our asking price and the entire process was super easy and convenient. The buying process was also a great time with Kimberly and Beau. They showed us homes they found, homes we found, and random ones we drove by while going to ones we were scheduled to look at. The closing process with her on buying was amazing and she gives such great advice on the buying process. She makes closing so easy. There is no better realtor in the Clear Lake area.

Yes, 16 offers and she is the reason that our offer was accepted! The whole process was flawless. Her assistant, Kaitlin, went above and beyond to be available and answer my gazillion questions! The lender she recommended, Dak from TDECU, was amazing as well and saved us a ton of money on closing costs just because we were one of her referrals. We have relocated four times over the past ten years and Kimberly has been the best realtor that we have ever worked with. She sold our home and she and Beau went above and beyond. We had already moved out of state when the winter freeze happened and had nobody to look after the home, but she and Beau took it upon themselves to wrap the faucets, drip the sinks and run the pool pump. And thanks to them, we had no damage from the storm. She also gave us great advice on which offers we should accept and we were able to sell our home for full price.
