We have had the BEST experience with Kat! Such professionalism, when they arrived to do paperwork they were dressed so nicely which made a big impression compared to previous realtors we had worked with. We also appreciated the understanding of our family when it came to listing our home they were very accommodating helping us with photos and helping move things out the way when I just had my second baby. Not to mention from the day we listed our home we immediately got showings after showings our home was BUSY! Where as others we’ve used previously there wasn’t enough on their part. Kat has gone above and beyond and we won’t go anywhere else!

We quite literally could not have done this without Kat! She went above and beyond in all aspects of our home buying journey. Being foreign nationals and only having 6 months of credit histroy, she went and found lenders, title companies and everyone in between to make it the easiest and stress free experience for us.On top of that, she had recommendations for everything, from gutter companies, to contractors, to cleaning companies! She followed up for us on every item on the to-do list, and never missed any tiny detail. She is incredible and cannot wait to use her for our next purchase!

I would give a million stars if I could! My experience with Kat Garcia was magical. She is smart, honest, knowledgeable, attentive, caring, responsive and REAL (no pun intended). When you buy your first home it seems as though there are so many things you don’t understand, who do you ask well having Katherine as a realtor makes it feel like a piece of cake. Not only did she go above and beyond but explained everything during the whole process. She is honest, trustworthy, and incredibly patient! Did I know her before buying my first home … NO! Now she’s like family!!! If I have any questions about my home she still goes above and beyond to help find me the answers .
