I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christine Hernandez. Before we connected with realtor Kristina Martinak, my husband and I struggled for months to sell our first family home. So it was such a huge difference in how fast things started moving once Kristina became our realtor. She was an excellent communicator, professional, and a smart negotiator to advocate in our best interest and receive the best price for our home. From the start, she gave us helpful guidance on how to improve our home and supported us with afforable connections to make those repairs. She even made sure to add special decorative touch-ups for showings, and regularly let us know if the grass needed a trim, ect. Once on the market, the showings were nearly every day. And weekends were packed. It wasnt long before we finally sold our home to the right folks! We are so grateful for all the hard work and determination Kristina gave to sell our home. Kay brought the potential buyers to our doorstep, and in the last showing we had 11 visits. That final showing resulted in a offer and sale above our asking price, and this was before the market went crazy!Kay really showed her stripes in the purchase of our next home. In a transaction with a challenging seller, across four contracts, and over a three-month period, Kay stuck in there and made an unworkable situation work. I have no doubt that we are only in this home today due to Kay’s willingness to push through a difficult situation that more than one agent has told me they would have walked away from.

We have nothing but great things to say about our Realtor Christine Hernandez!You know that old saying - A good friend will bail you out of jail. A great friend will be sitting right there with you.? Well, Im going to riff off that. A *really* great friend would talk the policeman out of arresting you in the first place, and explain that youre a really good person and youll never mess up again, and then theyd be your designated driver for the rest of the evening. Lets take this hypothetical super-friend, and lets suppose that they are a Realtor, and youre shopping for a house. That is how it felt to have Christine representing us as a buyer agent. It was like working with a trusted friend who really has your back.My wife and I live in Seattle Washington, where weve been renting some years. Houses here are out of reach. I had lived in Houston over a decade ago, and knew that it was a nice friendly family oriented area where housing is much more affordable, but that was about the extent I knew of what I was getting into. I had never bought a house before, and now that Ive done it, I must say it is kind of an ordeal. Logistics were such that we could not get away to see any houses in person, so we had already decided that if this was going to work out, we would be touring and purchasing the house virtually. From starting the search to closing the deal we were working with Christine for about 2 months. Simultaneously I was dealing with a project at work which was extremely behind schedule, and I was working a lot of extra hours trying to catch up. I was generally in a very stressed state during this time frame, and perpetually behind on sleep. Christine really helped reduce the stress of the whole home searching and buying process.At the beginning we did not know Christine from Adam. She was just randomly matched up with us when we requested a virtual tour on Zillow. She had good reviews, so we were not concerned per se, but it is pretty daunting to do such a big decision remotely. Step by step though, Christine really won us over. Here are some of the main things about her that gained our trust:* Availability. Christine is really selfless with her time. She answers promptly and efficiently when you shoot her a question, and we never felt like she was putting us off. She was always ready to hop into her car and do a virtual tour, sometimes on very short notice. She also never got annoyed with my endless questions about the contracts and the process. (Or she hid it well and punched a pillow after I hung up, hah!)* Not pushy. There are so many ways that someone who is working straight commission can be pushy. She is having none of that. She is patient, and I feel she really wanted us to find the house we were comfortable with, at the price we could afford. There were so many moments where she could have pressured us to get on with it and get this whole thing over with, but she kept her own opinions out of the way. Like a psychologist of houses lets say - she let us find our own house in our own time.* A fierce negotiator. One of Christines greatest strengths I think is her tenacity to go in and fight on behalf of her clients. Shes always so friendly and smiley and polite when shes talking to us, but then we turn around and we find shes been in the ring slugging it out, getting the sluggish seller agent to finally respond, or talking the seller into extending the option period, getting some additional money off the closing costs to cover some undisclosed repairs that were needed, etc. On this same subject, consider that she is working straight commission. By fighting tooth an nail to get you a better deal, she is actually reducing the money that goes into her own pocket. Thats integrity, and it really made all the difference...Because in the end, my wife and I agree, we might well not have followed through with this big adventure if we had not had somebody we could trust to guide us through it.Thank you Christine! We cant wait to move into our new home!!

I had a very good experience working with Jennifer Charchuk. She was very outgoing and went as far to help me pack. When I was totally losing it she always brought me back to reality. She shared a lot of updates of the business. I was a broker from 1998 until 2006. I interviewed 3 realtors and her presentation was more than just a sales. The thing that sold me able to borrow money for repairs and not worry about paying interest and kept my money in my pocket. Yes it was paid back after closing but interest free. Jennifer understands why people hesitate about selling there houses. She came to get the listing even though I only wanted to find an investor to sell to.Keep the positive personality and you will go far.
