We had a great experience working with Richard Walker to buy our first home. He was always professional, knowledgeable, and easily accessible by phone or text and would schedule showings in record time when I’d find new properties that fit our criteria and budget. He always had our back when it came to seller disclosures, asking for concessions from the buyer, or negotiating the price down. We had zero real estate experience so we really valued his advice and humility - if he didn’t know the answer, he would find someone who did and get back to us. I highly recommend working with him. We closed on our home 3 months ago and came out of the process with a home and a new friend. Thanks Richard!
