My husband and I were referred to Ashley by our realtor in CA. The husband is military and between selling one house and relocating to another state, we needed all the help we could get. Ashley was amazing with everything. Listened to our wants and needs as a family and found houses for us. We flew out to Dallas and she showed us…13 houses I believe? In one day because that’s all the time we could fit into our work schedules. Found a few houses we loved, and Ashley was honest with us about the market, what it would probably end up like, finances etc. which we appreciated, we like knowing all the facts before making a decision. She also had been working behind the scenes with new builds and took us to see one which happened to be, THE one. We flew back with a house already in the works.Ashley continued to help us with inspections, walk throughs, and after we closed, she me t us IN PAJAMAS because our drive brought us into Texas so late, she still met us at like 10pm to deliver keys. That woman is a saint and with all the other stress of moving, made this one less thing to worry about. 100/10 would recommend her!

What can I say about Ashley and her team? She is such a knowledgable person when it comes to all things Real Estate. Thank goodness I reached out to her when it was time to do research, she recommended an area of colin county I was not aware of and it was a great choice! I relied on her for all of my questions about movers/cleaners, etc, she has never failed me! The most important thing, is that as great as a realtor as she is, she is even a better person. I only work with people who I trust and respect. Thank you Ashley!

We loved working with Ashley on selling and buying our homes! She is very attentive to your needs and wants but also provides good perspective on where your budget and the market meet. We have bought two homes with Ashley and sold one and her commitment to both processes is equal. Ashley works hard to coordinate every detail and makes sure you meet all important deadlines. We really enjoyed getting to know Ashley better and having her connect with our family to make the right home choice for us.

From the very first time we met in our home search, Ashley asked lots of questions and identified exactly what kind of home we were looking for. She seemed very knowledgeable, easygoing, and patient as we looked for our opportunity. When the right one came up, she moved quickly and provided excellent advice that helped us win the contract over several other offers. When things ground to a halt due to appraisal issues, she rallied her helpful industry partners to get things back on track quickly, and she did the legwork to provide the most thorough comps analysis weve ever seen. Shes great, and were happy to be able to count on a her in our corner for our future plans. 10/10

My wife and I bought our first new construction home with Ashley as our realtor. Thank goodness for her! We had never gone through the process of a new construction and it can be a bit overwhelming. Ashley had all the answers, worked with us and our construction manager to make sure we got everything we wanted and knew all the questions to ask that we would have never thought of. She made the experience so much more simple for us and my wife and I got the perfect home we wanted.

I recently referred my family member to Ashley to assist them with purchasing an investment property in Broken Bow. We thought we knew what cabin they wanted to purchase, but Ashley suggested a different one she knew of that was so much better and hadnt even hit the market yet! She went above and beyond--met us in Broken Bow to tour the cabin, showed us different neighborhoods and advised us on places of interest around town, stayed on her own to explore other potential properties and sent us video walkthroughs of each one and more. There were a lot of moving pieces to the contract that arent the norm--from working around current bookings to transfer of website/furnishings/photos for the short-term rental to working within a tight timeframe due to a 1031 exchange. As an agent/realtor myself, I am extremely picky/cautious/careful about who I refer my people to, and I was beyond pleased with Ashleys knowledge and experience and would refer to her again!

She was very patient with us when we changed our minds and moved from neighborhood to another, AFTER we had started building in one! She did everything for us and made it so easy to do. I’m sure it wasn’t easy on her end but she never made it easy for us!
