The first house I purchased in 2006 with Jeff and his team was a super success. He’s crazy knowledgeable and really had our best interest at heart. I’ve kept in touch with Jeff for a very long time and when I had an opportunity to buy a different house This year, I thought of nobody but him. We just successfully closed on a new house in Plano and his team walked me through the entire process gave me a lot of good advice and I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my business. We worked with Shae and Alyssa for our home sale in Coppell in 2024 . I would recommend the team in a heartbeat . From the point of hiring them , all along the showings , the negotiations, the offers , the engagement with the relocation company- they were super engaged and efficient. They were very calm and engaged with us through all the questions we had along the way ( I did have a lot of questions).I also need to mention, that we had to relocate to Florida even before our house was on the market. Shae and Alyssa worked with several contractors to get the house prepped to be in the market .Home sale can be stressful. We initially listed our home with a competitor who relocated from the area within weeks of getting our listing and then introducing us to another party whose only approach was open houses. His advice on how to stage our home was spot on. He designed a superior marketing plan which included a promotional video, professional photos, 3D tour, drone aerials, square footage floorplan, open houses, postcard mailings and a huge social media and online website presence. We had great interest in our home before it was even listed. Our open houses were well attended and resulted in multiple offers. Jeff analyzed and presented the offers to us in a one-page worksheet so that we could easily compare them and then select the best one. Outstanding team. I don’t think I can express how pleased I am with their service and how great they were to work with. I live in Virginia and wanted to sell a rental property in Coppell, Tx. I interviewed 7 different realtors in the Coppell area. Not easy from 1200 mi away but Jeff and Alyssa stood out above the others. Looking back I could have not made a better choice. They were extremely honest and above board with me. The home needed some repairs and upgrades to make it market competitive. Major challenge for me without spending considerable time away from home and incurring travel expense. Alyssa advised me on the best upgrades to make and she essentially worked as my project manager to get the work done in a cost effective, timely and professional manor. Far above what any of the other realtors had offered to do. Jeff worked closely with me to set the final listing price. Excellent advise but also listened to my views based on my research and actually raised the price the day before it listed. Listed on a Tuesday and they called me Thursday morning with a full price offer. Jeff and Alyssa helped me understand the buyers and their offer within today’s privacy restrictions. Excellent advice, the deal went through smoothly as they predicted and closed on the date they told me it would. I could add a lot more detail about how they made this sale a smooth, honest and a stress free experience, but in summary I don’t think you could find a better team to sell or buy a home.
