Moving down to Austin from DFW felt stressful and overwhelming before Camilla started helping me with my search. She found multiple properties that I would’ve been happy to call home, negotiated monthly rent on my behalf, and even worked on weekends and Christmas Eve to make sure my needs were met. The Groove has helped me with three real estate transactions (Two sale and one purchase) since 2019 and all of them have been flawless.I worked with Meghan Matta and I cant imagine working with anyone else. All three transactions were very smooth and I really didnt worry about anything. Meghan is extremely attentive and provides the same service regardless of the size of the transaction; I always felt like my best interests were being kept in mind with every interaction.I also want to add that I am an anxious worrier and Meghan made what should have been the most stressful thing in my life seem like an everyday item.One thing that really stands out is that I have been contemplating selling my home for at least a year and was afraid to get left out of the frenzy that is the Austin real estate market. And contrary to Meghan and the Grooves best interest to sell now she was able to provide me with a thoughtful analysis and informed opinion about when the best time would be and I felt like I ended up getting at least 15% more than I would have had I acted on instinct. A lot of agencies would take what they could get when they could get it and not worry about the grand scheme.If you need to buy or sell real estate dont look to anyone else to help you out.

AFTER 11 TRANSACTIONS I FINALLY FOUND THE BEST.Meghan and the Groove Realty team have the nuts & bolts & analytics down just like all...well...most of the other realtors. And while most realtors will give you a 20-task to do list for you to make your home more appealing (and their job easier), Meghan will cut that list to ten, introduce you to a team to make things happen, AND often shes the one coordinating schedules. From window cleaning to lending, everyone Meghan brought on the team - all six of them - was working for our success. Shes Tony-the-Tiger Greattttt!!!!!If youre still reading Ill add more context. No, shes not my BFF from high school who asked me to pad her ratings. Yes, I had a couple of buddies say, Your place will sell itself in this market! True, but will it fetch top dollar? I also am a big fan of Freakonomics (which argues realtors are motivated by quick sales and not price-maximization) and based on prior experiences with realtors I would agree with that broad characterization. With that written Meghan is just wired differently than me and (I respectfully submit) you.Finally, Id die happy if I never was a part of another real estate transaction; however, if that occasion would arise again I would call Meghan in a heartbeat.

Aaron is truly an expert in the real estate market. He worked with us every step of the way, meticulously reviewed contracts, and really supported us throughout the process. He always answered our phone calls and went above and beyond. I was worried about “bothering the builder” and Aaron personally reached out to them and advocated on our behalf. He attended design meetings, walkthroughs, etc and always offered his professional expertise. I highly recommend Aaron if you’re looking for an expert professional!
