Chris at The Grizz Group did a superb job in advising us and marketing our home! He provided the professional photos of the home which helped attract the potential buyers. Our home went live at 9:00 a.m. on HAR and by 9:30 a.m. we had already booked 4 showings. We received and excepted an offer that evening that exceeded our expectations!
