I’m not sure I have the words to adequately convey my gratitude for Wade and his entire team. We had been looking for a home for a LONG time- with one specific zip code that historically has low inventory. Then COVID hit and the game completely changed. The day we found our house I knew immediately it was the one. Working with Arion was fantastic!We were living out of state and looking to relocate back to TX for work. Not only would he respond to emails/texts/calls in a timely matter but he would also make sure to set aside plenty of time to drive around and show us houses every weekend when we would fly into Austin to house hunt. From Dripping Springs to Liberty Hill, Arion listened to our wants and needs and also made suggestions to get us into a home we truly love in the Southwest Austin area.Having a realtor that we could trust to take care of things on our behalf when we were in another state was something we really appreciated. Dayne Damme was a referral from a friend and I feel like I hit the jackpot. Dayne initially met with me to get my specs and requests and he put together a weekly listing that was auto-emailed to me. I was looking for a house in Austin while living in DC, so it made it nice to get the list.But then the real stuff started. We narrowed it to 19 homes (I know, extreme) and I had 1 day in ATX to look at them. And we did. Dayne was the ultimate trooper. And he was super prepared for each home visit with paperwork, comps, and a detailed schedule.Ultimately fell in love with one of them and Dayne helped through the buying process. Then he earned his 6th, 7th, and 8th star. I was not in town and he checked in on the house, made sure it was in good condition, worked with the inspection people, the builders, etc. to make sure the house was all ready for me. He even was a good go-between to get it professionally cleaned and painted for me.If you dont use Dayne, you are missing out. Best in the business!
