My husband and I cannot thank Brandon enough for all of his support. He has such a welcoming personality that just put all of our worries at ease. From the very first interaction Brandon answered all of our questions, worked with our schedules and was a text/phone call away. Even when I accidentally called him and hung up quickly hoping his phone didn’t ring he called me right back. I was so embarrassed but also really appreciative of him calling me back to check in. That speaks volumes of his dedication and commitment to his clients. Being first time home buyers we had a general idea of what to expect but it was very reassuring having someone knowledgeable, transparent and caring throughout the process. He made the entire process easy and smooth. Even after we closed on our house he sent us holiday greetings and information to prep for the freezing weather in central TX. I cannot say enough good things about Brandon. I was in quite a transition at work when I began my house search and really just wanted to start getting a feel for areas and what was out there. It was such a relief to me that he truly respected that and I felt no pressure regarding my timeline. Fast forward after looking at handful of houses, HE found me my perfect home. My house wasnt even close to what I was originally looking at, but he truly listened to my work schedule/ lifestyle / style and found me the perfect one. What a great experience! We moved from out of state and needed to find a great house to call our own fast. I was referred to Brad with Key24 realty. We were only in town for two days and he cleared his schedule for us for those two full days and seen many great houses. This is where he was great, we weren’t decided on a specific house but we narrowed it down to 3. He made time in his schedule to show us those 3 houses again on a Saturday morning before our flight. That evening we put in an offer on one of the houses and thank God we got the home we wanted. Everything went smooth and delightful.
