    Ive sold two properties over the years with the Erin Caraway team, and have had great experiences. The first home I sold I worked exclusively with Courtny Schneider, who is an experienced professional real estate agent. The second home I sold I worked with Erin Caraway, and I was happy to see that Courtny was still with Erin. To me this meant that this is a stable experienced real estate firm, with years of experience in good and bad economic market conditions, and not some fly by night one agent firm with no experience looking only to make a quick buck. The 2nd home I sold was a difficult transaction as I was selling my Mothers home and I had to find a Probate attorney. Erin had experience where clients have had to go to probate court and she introduced me to a Probate attorney who I ended up using. Erin will do a market assessment and make recommendations as to a selling price, but all final decisions will be made by you. Erin hires professional photographers to showcase your home, and include drone pictures showcasing your lot and neighborhood amenities. Erin may recommend virtual pictures so potential buyers can see what the property can be with a modern appeal.Erin is smart, and an excellent communicator and will utilize the phone, email, and text messages. Whatever you do, if you have a question in your mind, ask it. I believe Erin prides herself in helping her clients understand the complexities of real estate because she knows this business inside and out. Erin and her team know the real estate business and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
