Words cannot express my gratitude for Sarita! As a military spouse of 20 years, I’ve bought and sold many homes. I HAVE NEVER WORKED WITH ANY REALTOR AS PERSONABLE AND DOWN TO EARTH AS HER. She went above and beyond every step of the way. She just gets it. There was not ever a time she was not available (which is huge) and was present for each step. Not only that, when I was concerned about logistical issues during the move/sale, she immediately offered or had already proposed preplanned alternatives and solutions. She thought like a buyer/seller, and from this prospective was already two steps ahead of me; which was immensely reassuring.
