There are not enough words to describe how incredible Katie and Rodney are. They helped our large farm family to relocate from Tennessee to Texas, and the process could not have been more stress-free or enjoyable with anyone else. A while ago, we were looking for someone to really help us find a home. I came across the Edwards Team. Fast forward, and we went back and forth on a home, walked through many others, but finally closed. Working with this team made homebuying 100 times less stressful than what we were expecting. The laid-back atmosphere, their willingness to help, and overall just really wonderful people to work with. Katie did a fantastic job selling our Tyler condo fast and at the price range that we asked and expected. I would recommend her to anyone that has purchased and invested so much time, money and effort to update the property and for some reason, but now have to sale ASAP. She walked us through all the steps in the selling process. She was honest and kept consistent communication as we moved forward with the selling process.We found the Edwards team from prior sales within our condo community; we searched for the highest sold condo realtor and got her!! We are glad I chose her. She answered the phone the first time I called and accommodated the condo viewing time to our schedule. I made the mistake of buying my first house when the weather was dry and didn’t pay attention to how the property drained consequently we found out the hard way that it did not drain well.I was determined not to make this mistake again and was lucky enough to find Katie and Rodney Edwards this lady was NOT afraid to get out in the rain. She simply put on her rain boots and with enthusiasm showed us the houses. We even went thru a hail storm and she never complained!! Poor lady.When I first met them my first thought was wow our house is too small for these guys, I figured we wouldn’t get a lot of attention but I was way wrong. We looked at some homes in person and he was very quick to FaceTime tour us if we couldn’t get there in person. He was very responsive to our multiple questions and very knowledgeable about the area. He talked with our builder and helped get us the house in this hot market! He helped calm us through closing when we had more questions. We couldn’t have done this move without an amazing realtor like Mec! After we drove for a week to get here (with stops) with our 3 kids, dog, bunny and huge moving truck Mec even met us to hand over the keys, walk through with the builder and deliver some personalized Texas homecoming gifts! I’m so impressed with Katie Edwards!! I called her one evening to list our home and wanted it done quickly as we were going out of town. She was there at 9:30 the next morning, got all the paperwork started and had scheduled photographer to come the next day. The pictures were awesome! It was online within the 2 days and we went out of town and it was shown 4 or 5 times!! This blew my mind! It was sold within the week and we closed super fast!! And the closing was so easy!!
