Fantastic group to work with. Super thouough in all aspects of buying and selling our places. Explained things we would I have never thought of during the process. Even had some local contractors that we could use to help prep our place to get ready to get top dollar. SOLD in Less Than a Week!!! Excellent job! Rick, the consummate professional! His input on the degree of house rehab turned out to be such good advice. From rehab needed to the superior contract negotiations, The Dittemore Team knocked it out of the park! Full price and the number I netted is my best-case scenario Id hoped for. Cant beat that.
