I chose Dawn Fore as my realtor when selling my home. I had never met her before and knew nothing about her personally. However, I have lived in our Fairfield neighborhood for nearly 13 years. From the very start I saw her advertisements, open house signs, and record number of houses being sold. It’s been like this consistently for over a decade. So it was an easy decision for me to choose Dawn Fore. Her excellent reputation has been well earned. She was professional, attentive, and really listened to our goals and needs. Dawn Fore did an outstanding job selling our home and we couldn’t be happier. In the process of it all, I discovered that Dawn is a wonderful, caring and intelligent person. Hands down, Dawn Fore was the best choice in realtors.

I cannot say enough good things about Dawn Fore and her team at ReMax. I was in a nightmare situation with a property on the Market for 8 months. Being out of state really put a limit on what I could do, and my previous realtor was not handling things like I needed.With a little research on Zillow I found Dawn and asked her if she could help me get this house sold! From the moment she took over as listing agent, I could tell that we were in good hands. We were on the market for 30 days and closed escrow in 28 days. Total time on the market with Dawn was just under 60 days.She handled comps, repairs, and everything for me because I was not able to be in the state of Texas. Within half an hour of meeting Dawn, I knew that she was the ideal agent for me. She came very well-prepared to our first appointment. She knew the particulars of my property from the floor plan and square footage to the amenities of my community. She had even checked out the HOA. Most important, Dawn had carefully researched the market trends for my location, had the relevant comps and identified the optimal price point for a viable, lucrative contract. I had a full-price offer within 48 hours. Her negotiating skill got me through the sticky issues, while her manner was steady and reassuring, even when my inspection came with unwelcome surprises. She monitored the property in my absence --to include watering my plants when the heat overwhelmed them. Perhaps most important, Dawn was attentive and responsive at all times. She never left me hanging. Her team was equally gracious and available. I cant imagine a more competent, efficient realtor. My mother was a realtor, so I know of what I speak!

Weve used Dawn for 3 sales and 2 purchases over 5 years. We even recommended her to family, and I dont know of a better review than that. Her team is professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Sellers, Dawn will bring as much attention to your listing as possible. She uses professional staging, photography and video, including 3D and drone footage and it brings results. At the time of our listing, a comparable house, 2 doors down, had already been on the market for months. We listed above the comps, had multiple viewings daily, multiple offers and accepted one on the third week for full asking price. By comparison, the other house remained on the market for another three months and only sold after two price reductions, well below our price per square foot. It’s important that you follow her repair and staging advice. Don’t hire her, ignore her recommendations and then say it’s not working. She will sell your house regardless, but it will be faster, easier and more profitable if you follow her lead. Ive tried it both ways and Ill tell you, just make the repairs and do the staging. Buyers, Dawn was just as valuable with the purchase process. We sought new construction, she knew the area and the builders working it. She gave us sound advice, the pros and cons of every option we considered and looking back, her advice proved to be correct. If you’re looking for a Realtor in the Houston market, Dawn is absolutely worth your time. I highly recommend her.
