Beyond ExpectationsKelli W. and the Davis Team made my vision a reality when I purchased my house.. They were efficient and communicated with me every step of the buying process.2 weeks after I closed, I received a letter that stated my homeowners insurance policy with Berkshire Hathaway (carrier) never received payment. Furthermore, Berkshire Hathaway would cancel my insurance in a week. After further investigation, the evidence provided was that Escrow did in fact transfer the $ to the insurance agency but the insurance agency failed to issue check to BH. This infraction would violate the terms of my loan and the mortgage company could recall the loan.I contacted Kelli at 9:30 PM (was getting no response from insurance agent) and she immediately called the owner of the Davis Team and the owner immediately contacted insurance agent (9:30 PM) and motivated this insurance agent to call me immediately and fix this problem. Agent immediately called me.NOTE: It was not the Davis Teams / Kellis problem about the insurance company not sending money to Berkshire Hathaway but The Team stepped up to the plate and took care of me even though legally it was not their responsibility.The true character of a company is when the sh-t hits the fan. The Davis team went out of their way to solve this major issue. I highly recommend that you have Kelli W. and the Davis Team facilitate your dream of owning a home
