We worked with David Durham to buy a home in Georgetown and relocate from the DFW area. He provided insightful guidance of the area and excellent referrals for a sellers agent and 3rd-party inspector.We ended up going with a new-build, which was a completely foreign experience for us, and slightly daunting with us living three hours away. David went above and beyond, routinely visiting the property and sending us pictures to keep us updated. We would have never had such a smooth transition were it not for David. When my husband I planned to move from NC to Texas because of my husbands new job, David came highly recommended to us by a former client of his. When we came to Texas for our house search, David dedicated his time and made us feel like we were his only client (even though this wasnt the case). The fact that he spent uninterrupted time with us in our search for a new home certainly let us know that we were #1 on his list of priorities. Through the entire home buying process we were able to count on David to be there to answer our questions. He really went above and beyond with his customer service and attention to detail. My husband and I greatly appreciate that David had our best interests at heart and steered us away from homes when he identified red flags. Over 20 years ago, David was our realtor when we moved from another city in Texas. David was assigned to us by the company that re-located us. I felt very comfortable with David from the first time I talked with him on the phone and, even more so, when we met in person.This was the first time I went through the process of buying a home, so I was a little more nervous than his average client, I’m sure. David had a way of putting me at ease. David proved to be honest, hard-working, patient, and had my family’s best interest in mind. He helped us find the right home for us. 20+ years later, we are in the same home, so I’d say he was successful!I’m glad to call David our friend. I have even reached out to him from time-to-time for a bit of helpful homeowner’s advice. There are no plans to sell, but if that arises, David would definitely be a realtor we would go to!
