Jennifer is an Excellent Real Estate Professional!While planning our long distance move from Denver to Dallas, my wife and I knew we needed a realtor to not just guide the home selection process, but to act as our local representative to help oversee the process.We decided on a new-build home, and Jennifers background with home builders proved immediately useful as she helped to negotiate down the ancillary costs of the home on the very first day.Contracting in November and closing in June, Jennfier provided weekly video updates (sometimes with her drone!) and often communicated directly with the builder relaying requests and concerns along the way.Jennifers very detailed nature allowed us to worry less as the months clicked by as we knew we could depend on her to catch anything that might fall through the cracks. She was definitely our partner through the entire process.We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jennifer as a Realtor/Broker! She was very communicative, extremely responsive, and provided excellent professional guidance along every stage of our move.

Jennifer did an excellent job with locating and assisting with the building of our new home. We relocated from Michigan so we werent able to be present for the step by step building phase but Jennifer was available throughout the process making recommendations on location of the site pointing out any or all errors noted during the process. She was present on our our zoom meetings while present at the site. We cant say enough about her expertise but if youre looking for a broker whos got your back, Jennifers the one. Thanks again

Shes not your average broker. Shes dedicated, highly organize with an extent knowledge and passion in her profession. She was always making a concrete yet attainable plan, she made her own punch list to reflect the builders, she made sure that communication is always taking place and is up to date with everything. Jennifer is the best. She took her time to really get to know us, and tailored her approach to address our particular situation. After an exhaustive review of available inventory, we decided a new build was the best option. Jennifer stayed on point during the entire process, making sure we understood every part of it. When the builder started slacking on communications, Jennifer made sure to follow up with them often, ensuring that we were kept abreast of every detail during every stage of the build. She even made sure to personally track every contract change (there were many of them during the process) and confirm that they kept every promise and fixed every deficiency. We were so comfortable with her and felt absolutely confident that she would keep everything on track.

I have written, and rewritten the beginning of this review several times because all of the opening lines sound so cliche if you haven’t met or don’t know Jennifer, and Jennifer is everything except a cliche. Jennifer is authentic, trustworthy, and honest. She has been our realtor for multiple properties, but our most recent sale was conducted during abnormally stressful and at times high-conflict situations amongst the parties involved. Jennifer managed the dynamics professionally, and without judgement and maintained perspective on what was best for the property owner and how to achieve their goals. With that in mind, the guidance that she provided resulted in a very quick sale, and an extremely fast close. As long as Jennifer is in real estate, we’ll always work with her. As long as Jennifer is a part of our lives, we will always consider her our friend. Buying or selling - you can’t be in more considerate, thoughtful, or caring hands.

Miss Jennifer was and still is AMAZING! In this difficult housing market she has gone above and beyond in helping us find our new home.
