We are that couple! The couple who built two houses at the same time,… knowing we would list one immediately without moving in! And Shelley was the perfect realtor! We interviewed others but she showed up with mountains of knowledge to share with us! She knew all about the builder, she knew all about the subdivision and she had all the numbers and data that impressed us both! She knew the house was beautiful but she had fierce competition from the builder. She had the vision to stage it beautifully and set it apart from the others. Listed it on Dec. 12 and had a contract for us on Jan. 12!Shelley is beautiful inside and out! Her personality draws you to her.
