    Finding Shelley Matos was like finding a needle in a haystack! After researching extensively, we found The Connie Taylor group at Keller Williams. Upon talking with Ms. Taylor, we were matched with Shelley. While we are very familiar with buying and selling real estate, the move to Amarillo was brand new to us. Shelley guided us through the entire process. She gave us her undivided attention and expertise at every turn. Her kindness, understanding and knowledge are unmatched by any real estate expert we have ever used. We relied heavily on Shelley since we were buying this house from afar. Even though we came to town 1 time to initially look at homes, everything else was done long distance. She has fantastic resources available to he through KW, so when we went looking for an agent in our destination city, Santana came through with two trusted recommendations. We took about a month to prep our house before putting it on the market, and within about 10 days we had two very competitive offers. Before selling our house, we needed to do a couple repairs and Santana had recommendations on who to use. In general, we had a great experience working with Santana and the KW/Connie Taylor Group and would recommend you consider using them if you are buying or selling a home.

    Shelley Matos is an amazing realtor! My dad sold his house in Nevada and moved to Amarillo. We met Shelley at a open house when my wife and I were looking at prices of homes while my dad was waiting on his house to sell.     Loretta Forbis is a great realtor. She is focused in on finding the right house for the right person. I told her what I was looking for and she sent me many different choices as often as I wanted to see them. when I wanted to look at houses, she was right there, to show me the house and always on time. I was buying a house long distance and so when I thought I found the house that was right for me, she even took me on a video tour of the house while a storm was brewing outside. Once I started the buying process, she walked me through every step of the way, giving me constant reminder at just the right time to keep me on track for closing. When I flew in to look at the house in person, she offered to have me picked up at the airport and made arrangements for me to look at the house, working with my schedule all along the way.When it came time for closing and I couldnt find the title company office, Loretta was right there by phone giving me the correct directions and when the finance office was dragging their feet about getting the documentation corrected at the last moment Loretta was in constant contact with them, trying to get them to finish the final paperwork. I chose Loretta as a realtor because she was prompt and always on point with every detail. She always seemed to have my best interest in mind and even had multiple people lined up with all the different things that were going on with the house and property of my country home.Loretta and her team were 👍 👌.     Connie Taylor is a true professional with a straightforward, yet fun personality! When she first came to look at the property we hoped to sell, we clearly knew what needed to be done on our end.
