They specialize in: buying or selling commercial & residential properties, to alrernative eco building materials, to buying property in Mexico and closing here in Houston!

@RaulLopez and the other negative comments on here. I would like to say that. I would NEVER rush a closing. I did send over screenshots stating that your agent did not want to push back the closing; knowing the seller needed another day to clean. I also have on record that she went ahead and agreed for you to sign off on the walk through in the conditon it was in. I apologize that you didnt have the best experience and its unfortunate that your agent went ahead and pushed it a day in advance. I dont understand the need for the fake names on the review or why you would use the agents last name either. Moving forward, The Collective is a great company and we would never RUSH a closing for our benefits. We put our clients first everytime. Again I am sorry your client felt the need to rush you and give you conflicting information. I hope you make wonderful new memories in your new home from here on out.

I recently sold and purchased my home. It was great working with The Collective RE group. Not only did my home sell qucikly but it also sold more than what I expected. Love these guys!
