A huge milestone today for my sister and I! We just closed on the sale of the home in Preston Hollow that we grew up in, which has been in our family since 1963. We tried FSBO first, but thank goodness I reconnected with Cliff Freeman, a fellow St. Marks School of Texas grad, last summer. This really opened our eyes as to the importance of having an experienced real estate professional to work with. Cliffs approach to the sale involved a unique scientific, behavioral and common sense approach that was tailored to our specific neighborhood. Cliff was always available, helpful and held our hand through the entire process.
