My husband and I worked with Brad to buy and sell our very first home in Schertz and we couldn’t be more pleased with him and The Claus Team! He was always available and kept us informed as things moved along in the process. He also helped us build our next home and was present and active throughout the 7 month process. If any issues arose during the building process he was quick to step in and get them resolved with our builder. We used the Claus Team to purchase our house, manage that property as a rental when we moved, and to sell our home a few years later. Our experience with everyone at the Claus Team was phenomenal. They answered all of our questions during the purchasing process and made that stressful time much easier. They did a great job managing our property for 5 years (and 2 tenants) and when it came time to sell, made that process unbelievably easy for us!
