She was always prompt at returning phone calls, texts and emails; and was always able to get us into a house viewing within a day or two from us asking. She was also on top of everything during the closing process. She made the entire process feel easy and stressless, and was helpful at pointing out areas of concern when doing house walk throughs. We felt that she truly had our best interest at heart, during our entire home buying process. The rest of the staff were also on top of getting any documentation emailed and sent off in a timely fashion, so it felt like there was never any pressure from them not meeting document deadlines. Any (which where few) inconveniences that came up was never on our peoples end! It was a easy process and as first time home buyers I cant recommend enough how safe and secure we felt that this the was the team for us! To go into a lil detail the house we ended up picking was actually only giving our agent a 2.5 percent commission where the norm is 3 percent and she had to put money just to put the bid!!! In the end I felt so indebted to SHERI BABY (my internal nickname for her) that I had to give her a gift from the bottom of my heart to show her a ounce of my appreciation! A few months ago we had a house that needed to be sold for one of our children. We thought we’d try to sell it for our child and save them some money. I own a good amount of property and am not timid about that aspect at all. I buy property regularly but rarely sell.So we set up a listing and it all started. I want to estimate that I recieved almost 200 calls in the first 2-3 days. I’m self employed, most people could never field the calls. And, most calls were scams. I know that many would have fallen victim to some of the very “polished” presentations that I heard.Beware, hire a professional. You don’t have time to deal with this and many lack the expertise.The Christinberry Group has been used by me twice now and was top-notch both times. They are honest care very much about their reputation. I would recommend her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
