These are just a few words that describe everyone we worked with at The Charlie Brown Realty Group.Theres a common joke that many realtors do little work and collect their pay. When it comes to the Charlie Brown Group, nothing could be further from true. We tried desperately to sell our home with a different realtor, and it sat on the market for several months, with everything falling on us and very few showings. Step by step, they have provided me detailed information along the way to make my home sale a success. Now the moment of truth is here and my home is ready to sell. He worked with the repairmen to fix the issues that came up after the inspection. I was nervous about leaving all this in the hands of someone else as I left the country.     Highly recommend Charlie and his team at the Charlie Brown Realty Group. We recently sold our house in North Ft. Worth through them and the process from start to finish was awesome. Every member of the team we interacted with was kind, professional and helpful. Communication was solid throughout the entire process. It was very apparent to us that Charlie and his team put in an incredible amount of time to ensure that their buyers/sellers have the best experience possible. That includes market research and taking the time to understand the area they are helping to sell/buy in. In our neighborhood alone, Charlie has sold several houses over the past year. The houses that Charlie and his team take on are sold incredibly fast because they know how to price and market each house. For example - earlier this year there was a house in our neighborhood that was listed through a different real estate agency that sat on the market for over six months. Within a week of me seeing the other For Sale sign be replaced with a Charlie Brown Realty Group For Sale sign, the property had offers and sign was changed to Under Contract.     There are not enough positive words to describe Charlie and his team. I received an out-of-state job offer with little notice. Charlie fronted the cost for carpet replacement and cleaning, and handled the logistics for getting the work done after I relocated. My house sold faster than most of the similarly sized and priced homes in my neighborhood and we went to closing over a week early. During the walk through, the buyer found an issue that needed to be resolved and Charlies team resolved that issue quickly and got to close the same day. I cannot thank them enough (Charlie, Cindy, Chris, and Victoria) for how easy of a process they made selling my house while Im across the country.

    Charlie and his team sold my house in North Richland Hills in September of 2022. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. During our initial meeting in my kitchen, I told Charlie that I wanted to hand the house over to him and not have to deal with any of the work that goes into preparing a house for sale, and thats exactly what happened.He arranged for multiple bids from different trades, including paint, carpet and landscaping, and presented them to me for my approval. His team picked out paint and carpet colors based on their knowledge of what was selling well at that time and the tradesmen made the house look amazing. His team then staged the house beautifully, had very high quality photos taken and held an open house, all within a matter of days. The open house led to several offers well over the asking price.Throughout the process, I had a myriad of questions and concerns. We were so excited to move to TX and to the Keller ISD area, but in this crazy market it felt impossible.     Bob Puzon with The Charlie Brown Realty Group with Keller Williams deserves more than 5 stars! Even after a little accident on our first home tour on our first day, he drove around with us to visit, what felt like, hundreds of homes. Bob is so knowledgeable of neighborhoods, construction builds, this recently crazy housing market, the home buying AND selling process, trends, comp values, resale values, and EVERYTHING in between! Although we liked to consider ourselves educated home buyers, it is still ideal to have someone like Bob to help guide you through the process - I wouldnt recommend it any other way. So much has changed in this recent housing market. Its almost insane to try and do it on your own. I remember being shocked at open houses when realtors would ask if we had someone we were working with (and occasionally I would overhear people say they didnt have a realtor). Bob was encouraging through each offer we put in, and lost. He provided feedback with each one so we knew where we stood. As we were beginning to feel what he calls buyer burn out, we were fortunate enough to have one of our offers accepted and Bob helped us through the frenzied process of selling our current home and buying our next home.     Do yourself a big favor- if you need a realtor in the Dallas-Ft Worth metroplex area call the Charlie Brown Realty Group. I must say that our experience with the Charlie Brown team was the best experience we have have ever had working with a realty company and my wife and I have bought and sold over a dozen homes in Texas and California over the last 34 years. Looking for a home in the Keller area we saw an attractive home on Zillow.com and contacted the Charlie Brown Realty Group who was the listing agency. We spoke with their coordinator, Victoria Rochford, who discussed with us want we wanted in a home. She put is in contact with Doreen Puzon, an agent on the Charlie Brown team. Doreen is the best agent we have ever worked with, period. We discussed what we were looking for and she went to work finding candidate properties for us. She was always willing to show us properties and make very solid suggestions about our search. Heres the most important thing- she was always communicating with us via phone calls or text messages, and was always responsive to our calls and questions. I cant say enough about how engaged she was with us. Her husband, Bob Puzon, often joined us to various showings and often had some on-point comment or suggestion to make- what a great team they make! We finally found a home and Doreen guide us successfully through the negotiations to buy the new home- we moved in a week ago.     I worked with Bob Puzon on buying a home in Fort Worth, TX.It was my first time buying a home and I was having to relocate from out of state. Bob was with me every step of the way. Since I was unable to view the homes in person, he went and took walk-through videos of the ones that I was interested in. He gave me the pros and cons of the neighborhoods and helped me negotiate with the seller when there were small improvements I wanted made on the home that I eventually purchased in Fort Worth. He made sure the title company and mortgage officers were on top of everything and he assisted me in getting the correct hook-ups for utilities.
