When looking for an agent to help us with our move Harald was one of the first to reply and then called to discuss the details of our move across the country. He was able to help us navigate a very different market than the one we were selling in and helped us find the perfect home for us! He was able to negotiate with the listing agent on our behalf and while visiting for only one week helped us get access to many potential homes quickly! This was the second time weve used Harald. The first was when we bought our house in El Paso, and when we had to sell the house for family reasons, my wife was so impressed with what he had done before that she again turned to him. For selling our house, not only did he make good comments on what needed to be done to get the house ready for sale, but he also stayed around to help with some of the issues. My wife doubted the house would sell at the price Harald suggested, but the first family to visit our house after it went on the market ended up buying it - at the exact price Harald had proposed. But most impressive was that just before closing, when our family was already in California, the buyers suddenly wanted the house cleaned yet again - and rather than take a chance on a cleaning service this close to closing, Harald and his very patient wife came themselves clear across town to get our house ready. He also took the initiative to handle other last-minute problems that we couldnt be there for. Truly an outstanding agent!

Due to me being in the military I was not able to view the house before buying, Harald understood this and personally walked through each house we inquired about, while also taking pictures of any concerns we might have with the house and sending me them on the spot. He gave us nothing but genuine honest answers to any questions we had about the different houses. From start to finish and even after Harald treated us like family and made this the easiest home buying experience I have ever had. Overall amazing service. We were looking for a home and Harald Faber was so helpful throughout the entire process and checking in after we settled in. We were out of state and I expected mediocre help and difficulty throughout the home buying process since we were so far. However, I was so surprised with how thorough, reliable, friendly, professional, and one of a kind he was. He was there through every step: finding homes, suggesting home, looking at them all, answering all my questions and more, insuring the walk-through of the home was thorough, going through all the paperwork with us and making sure it was all in our best interest, and so so much more. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!I moved to El Paso in May and I was looking at several homes before I meet Harald. I had spoken to a dozen of realtors and they all would show me what they were interested in selling and not what I needed to buy. When I met Harald he gave me all the necessary advice on how to buy a home, it was very different than with the other realtors I had spoken with. He guided us through all the search process and finally found what we really needed. From the day we closed the deal on to now he has reached us every once in a while to know if things have been o.k. with our new home. Mr. Faber was very helpful in my search for a home in El Paso. I had narrowed it down to 8 homes I wanted to look at given a set of criteria. He even added one home to the list that he thought might meet my criteria. Mr. Faber made appointments for viewing the homes, picked me up at the agreed upon time, and off we went.He pointed out different features of each home, both positive and potentially negative. I valued this input.When it came time to make an offer, he was very thorough in reviewing the paperwork with me and made several suggestions such as making the offer dependent on inspection and requesting a home warranty as part of the deal. This was wonderful service.Mr. Faber further was able to work with me from a distance, having the option to sign documents , etc. online. He was also helpful when I needed to get an elevation certificate and flood insurance quickly due to upcoming deadlines. Much appreciated.He came with me to the closing to make sure everything turned out as expected. After closing he checked in several times to make sure all was well.I would highly recommend Mr. Faber if you are looking to purchase a home in El Paso.
