But she guided us through the mire and we were able to sell when many properties simply could not. I cannot recommend Cami Branson enough as the most incredible agent through the home buying process! The Best word to describe Kaitlyn is Outstanding HERO. She was the fourth realtor I interviewed from several reputable agencies. She came prepared to review comps and discuss the selling strategy, specifically how their tailored internet marketing campaign worked so well. Kaitlyn informed me as to what needed to be completed to bring the home top Dollar value. Kaitlyns has more than a decade of experience, it was extremely benefical in helping me sell the home ASAP, as I had already relocated to a different area of Texas. Due to an unexpectedly fast turn in my uncles health, she realized the critical timing of other paperwork that needed to be filed for the imminent sale to go through. TG for Kaitlyns quick actions, or I would have been unable to sell literally at the very last hour. Kaitlyn deserves 100 stars. My uncle was the original client. He unexpectedly got sick. No one thought he would die, but 3 days after becoming sick he was comatose and died, less than 72 hours. We moved 175 miles from DFW, Kaitlyns quick moving diligent actions were critical. Upon notifying her that he was not feeling well... she had a notary here with the paperwork for a Transfer of Deed on Death, ( I wasnt convinced he was dying), the notary was here the next day and returned overnight FED-X. She had foresight to know that I would need it for the house being sold, as well as the home we were living in, which she didnt have to do. I THANK GOD for Kaitlyn. Without her seasoned experience and traveling this road before, I would be in the midst of a living nightmare. The trauma and stress of the death, and other issues, (Im ashamed to say) turned me into a crying miserable Karen to deal with for a few weeks. However, Kaitlyn was very professional and compassionate, above and beyond. THANK YOU Kaitlyn. Again, you are my Hero.Post note, all the other realtors insisted on staging furniture in the thousands. Kaitlyns group added towels, other decorative to add warmth, at no cost.

My husband and I are first time homeowners and went into this experience with a lot of anxiety and apprehension, added on to the fact that we knew absolutely nothing about the process and what to expect. We were blessed enough to be referred to Cory Olson by a friend. Cory was our realtor with The Christie Cannon team. I cannot give a glowing enough review of Cory if I tried! It would just be scratching the surface and it wouldn’t suffice, but I will certainly try.Right from the day we contacted Cory, he was quick to respond, within minutes. He followed up with us and was very attentive through our entire journey to close. We explained to him what we were looking for in a new build and we felt heard by Cory. We felt seen. Cory advocated for us through this entire journey. Often times we felt silly about asking him our incessant questions and he was kind and gracious in his responses and worked tirelessly to make sure we understood everything. He was available to us past normal working hours, if and when we needed him and was still so pleasant and helpful. Cory took time out of his days to come to the design center with us and was very insightful on how we could wisely spend our money. He basically educated us on which areas were important to splurge and where we could save money. It would have been a complete disaster without him otherwise. He pulled some strings and was able to get us some extra cash to spend at the design center, $5,000 more dollars to be exact! Any amount of money you can get when you’re building or buying a house is a blessing! He advised us to shop around for better interest rates, advised us to get a third party inspection, suggested moving companies…..the list is endlesss. All things we had absolutely no idea about. This is how green we were entering this process and Cory lovingly held our hands from start to finish. I say all this to say, Cory is an excellent realtor. He knows his job and he loves it! He shows up with a smile and an open heart ready to serve. We closed on our house yesterday 7/19/2024, and it was so wonderful to have Cory there with us at the finish line with us. He has encouraged us, carried us through our fears, cheered us on, advocated for us and always had our best interest at heart. Our experience as first time home buyers has been seamless, wonderful and enjoyable. Quite a contrast from the nightmare we thought it would be, but it is only because we had Cory on our team from day one. He is a Godsend and has been a blessing to us through this journey. I recently purchased a house with Kaitlyn’s help and I would like to very much recommend her to anyone/everyone who may be in the market to either sell or buy a home!I am currently working in Asia. Despite the time zone difference (13 hours), I always had my questions answered right away. Not only that, Kaitlyn thought of things which I did not even think of, found answers, and presented options for me to consider. In a seller’s market as it is right now, we were able to outbid almost 20 other offers and finally won the house which I really like. With a different agent, I had failed on couple of previous offers on different properties so for me to finally won a deal, it was extremely joyful. We used Peter and Rebecca Wilson for our buyers agents (theyre a married couple who operate as a star team!) and they were incredibly knowledgeable and honest. The Cannon Team is a wonderful group to work with! Especially our agent, Lauren Buffington! She was super professional and answered any and every question we had! As first time home buyers, we were slightly overwhelmed with the idea of getting involved with the home purchasing process, but Lauren and the Cannon Team definitely helped us make it as stress-free as possible! Lauren understood what we were looking for in a home and was ready to show us any homes we found on our own as well! Lauren was also able to recommend us an amazing lender, Omar Jebbeh with Neighborhood Loans. All in all, the home purchasing process was super easy and fun, thanks to Lauren! There is no way around it, selling your house kinda sucks. It is a phenomenally disruptive and painful process.Thank god there are agents like Kym that actually make the process a pleasure. I can’t emphatically say enough what a pleasure it was dealing with her and her team.But in the end, it doesn’t really matter how much you like your agent, it is all about performance, and once again Kym was a rock star. She sold our house in just two weeks, over asking price, with a four week practically free leaseback on the house to give us time to relocate.I wish I had the words to say how happy we are with the process and the results.
