We had been looking to buy a house in the Flower Mound area for 8 months without success with another Real Estate Agency. After dozens of rejected offers and losing all hope, we decided to reach out to Shelby and David for help, who we had met at an Open House before. Working with them was an immediate Day and Night difference, they were very KNOWLEDGEABLE of the market in that area, they were very RESPONSIVE to communication, they had the RESOURCES handy to help us clear any silly first homeowner questions regarding house conditions such as if we were to buy this house, how much would it cost us to paint it, upgrade the bathroom/kitchen, etc., and the most important, they were very PASSIOANTE about what they do; they will do what it takes for you to get the house you want no matter what time of the day it is. They did such a great job that we were under contract after a few offers and they didnt stop amazing us at that point, Shelby was so good at negotiating repairs with the previous homeowners that we ended up getting more than what we initially asked for, the whole closing process was SMOOTH, they explained every single piece of it as many times as needed and they were with us through each step of it.Additionally, The Buehler Group doesnt stop there like any other process where they disappear after you sign a contract, they send you market reports often so you are aware of your house situation, they give you access to some special perks for being a valued customer, and they even send cute notes and presents to your house every once in a while; I really feel they appreciate your business. I wouldnt hesitate to work with them again for any Real Estate matter, I confidently recommend them to anybody I know who is looking to buy or sell a house.

Our experience with Brian Carr at The Buehler Group was great and very professional, but more importantly, it was a really tough market for buyers in our price range, and I honestly dont think wed be in our house without Brians expertise and hard work. Shelby Buehler was my realtor. I wasn’t even sure if I was ready to buy a house, I was just browsing on Zillow. I found a house (on a Sunday night) a few minutes away from where I worked. I immediately filled out information on it, and less than 12 hours later Shelby had reached out to me and we set a date to look at the house. She was well informed about the area. She answered all of my questions and my dads questions (he has bought multiple homes over the years) about the house. Being a first time home buyer, I was nervous and uninformed about the entire process. She walked me through everything and got me in touch with everyone I needed to talk to along the way. From start (seeing the house on Zillow) to finish (moving into the house) it only took me about a month and a half total. I could not have asked for a better experience. I’m going on year 3 in the house and have had no problems. I don’t plan on moving anytime soon. If/when I move, I know who I will be calling to help me with that.
