My daughter and I were so fortunate to have Margie Valles represent us. She went out of her way to make sure that every detail was completed to our satisfaction. Her job was even more difficult because of the selling realtor Rene Cruz who lied and was only interested in the commission. Rene did not follow through with any of his promises. Whats worse was the company he worked for, Mario Ayala Real Estate, denied Rene did anything wrong. Mario Ayala called me and played cheerleader for Rene. Avoid Mario and his team at all costs. On closing day I found out that Margie paid out of her own pocket to complete some problems with the house that Mario and Rene were responsible for. Earlier I gave Rene $1,000 for earnest money and he forgot to turn it in to the title company. Unbelievable!! Margie wasnt just our realtor, she became our best friend. God bless Margie and her family! She is one special lady.

My realtor, Michaela, is absolutely the best! She was very knowledgeable and resourceful. I though the whole home buying experience would be ridiculously stressful but with Mica by my side it wasnt. She even helped me resolve a utilities issue with the previous owner way after closing, which saved me over $400.00. Lastly I absolutely love her energy!!! I am a first time seller and did not know what to expect, but Brian and his team exceeded my expectations during the selling process. I sold my home in El Paso from another state with very little issue. Not only did I sell quickly but for much more than I could have ever expected! Keep in mind you will be paying a little higher but peace of mind during the selling process is well worth it. The one downside was communication. I did not get very many updates from the team after the contract was signed and never heard anything from them during or after the closing. However this could be a side affect of the current market and am sure they are very busy. Overall though, I highly recommend them.
