Paul and Becky were the agents who helped with the purchase my house in Sunnyvale 8 years ago, and I appreciated their competence and knowledge of the local market sufficiently then to use them again to sell the house. As one who has purchased and sold over a dozen properties, I had already done my own analysis of the market and property values, and given that we are in a sellers market, I considered selling our family home myself. I had even already purchased professional photos and posted a 3D video tour on Zillow. However, after visiting with Becky and considering her professional understanding of the local market, current lender requirements, appraisal valuations, and the general sales process, I challenged her to market my house at a price sufficient to cover the extra sales fees from her listing. She took the challenge and sold my house in less than a week. The buyer had a few difficulties but Becky guided us through this successfully and we closed on time. Paul and Becky Bochniak were the absolute best realtors in every way. They were so personable, patient, and thoughtful as they walked us through every stage of the sell of our home. We followed their suggestions...and had 4 offers on our house in 4 days...and experienced a seamless sale of our home. In preparation for staging the house for the pictures and showings, they came over one evening and went through each room making tasteful suggestions on what to remove or move or fix to make our home more attractive to potential buyers. That was so helpful, as this was our first time to sell a home and we didn´t know what we were doing. The pictures they took were professional (not done with their cell phones or with poor lighting). The pictures were amazing...so attractive! Also, (and this is where they truly went above and beyond and showed their true hearts to serve their clients) when the photographer went to to our home my husband nor I could be there. However, my mother-in-law was living with us at the time and suffers from dementia and anxiety and would be there alone with the photographer. Becky Bochniak agreed to come to our home when the photographer was there to sit with my mother-in-law and help ease her stress. Who does that?!! ...this quality couple, that´s who. I could go on and on describing all the little details that made working with these two such a delight for my husband and me.
